B. i) What are the core 'Values' of your organization that you would like the employees to adhere to? If you are hiring entry level staff, what would be the 'interview - interaction session' questions you would like to ask the candidates and what kind of responses will help you judge their 'culture fit' and 'value fit'?

C. Term Paper 2: i) If you were to carryout periodic assessment of employee satisfaction in your organization, develop a 4 page employee satisfaction survey questionnaire, covering all possible dimensions of employee satisfaction.
