Discuss the following:
Consider an issue that you have observed on-campus, in Topeka or in your hometown that requires effective leadership to resolve. Utilizing the information we shared from Heifetz, Grashow & Linsky, distinguish what elements of the issue are adaptive challenges, and what are technical challenges. Be sure to explain not only these elements, but what makes them adaptive and what makes them technical. Your answer must demonstrate your understanding of these two concepts.
