1. You are the HR Manager overseeing a department of 10 administrative employees. One of your employees Sharon informs you that her college Carolyn has a persistent unpleasant body odor and how difficult it is to work in the same environment all day.

2. You are an HR Manager in a Wholesale Warehouse Company policy is “No Smoking” within the facilities. All employees are aware of policy. As you enter aisle 1E in warehouse, you see a cloud of smoke and then see Chris running to aisle 2F.

3. You are the HR Manager at a local Fast Food Chain. Then Director of Human Resources spike to you on several occasions regarding the appearance and visible tattoos of some of the employees in particular Christian, Christina, Carl, and Carol. Even though you have spoken to employees regarding their inappropriate apparel and visible tattoos they continue to be defiant. The Director informs you that the matter will not be addressed by her anymore so you must decide.

4. You are the Director of Human Resources in a Multinational Organization. You as your Compensation Manager, Carol, to immediately prepare and follow to you the suggested 2018 salary increases for review. Two days later, you are contacted by the Vice President of Finance who shared her disappointment that she was not in receipt of the requested information and the Board of Directors is meeting the meeting the following morning at 8:00 a.m.
