Create a paper either for or against Jean Bethke Elshtain's claim that "Judging is central to, indeed constitutive of, both our self-identity and our sociality" (Elshtain 2011, 183) and that it is "a sign, a mark, of our respect for the dignity of others and ourselves" (Elshtain 2011, 181).
