Paper Problem: Corporate-Strategy
You should begin work on your problem. For Nike, craft a paper in which you:
1. Research and describe the company on a global scale.
2. Articulate the companies strategy both in the United States and globally.
3. Describe any business/operating units that exist and examine what they do in the overall company business.
4. Research and comment on the companies competition. What do they do and how do they compare to your chosen company?
5. Evaluate any strengths, weaknesses, or opportunities that exist for your chosen company.
6. Make any recommendations based on your course knowledge on the topics we have learned to date. Including strategy, divestiture, structure, diversification, partnerships, outsourcing, or synergies.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
