(ii). outline ONE advantage and ONE disadvantage of each of above.

b) (i). Declare Amdahl's law.

(ii). A multiprocessor consists of 25 processors, each able of a peak execution speed of 500 MFLOPs (Millions of floating point operations per second). What is performance of the system, as calculated in MFLOPs, when 10% of the code is sequential and 90 per is parallelisable?

(iii). To reach the same speedup performance as in part (ii) above, how many processors would be needed, given that the code is 13.5% sequential and 86.5 percent parallelizable?

c) With help of an example and example program, describe how for all statement can be used to state data parallel operations.
