You are the Chief HR Officer for a credit union in the panhandle of Florida. The board recently hired a new President, who conducted a review of current operational plans and procedures. She noted that the credit union does not currently have a documented disaster recovery plan in case of a natural disaster such as a hurricane or flooding. The President instructs you to develop a white paper for the leadership team outlining a disaster recovery plan, including the financial risk to the organization if it is not implemented.

Prepare a white paper on a disaster recovery plan that:
1. States the goals of the disaster recovery plan.
2. Identifies the key personnel who will implement the plan.
3. Provides the procedures to be used in disaster recovery.
4. Details the procedures to be used to test the disaster recovery plan.
5. Demonstrates the financial risk of not having a disaster recovery plan.
6. Provides attribution for credible sources used in the white paper.
