IV. You have been hired by a large corporation that has been experiencing various communication issues. A huge gap is forming between upper management and their employees. Many employees are complaining that they are not clear about some of the directives that upper management is sending out or that they hear about them too late with little background information provided. Employees feel that their voices aren't being heard and that when they do communicate, little or no feedback is being sent back. Also, when there are new hires, no training is provided on proper communication protocols so some new employees are feeling very isolated. Your expertise is required to identify various strategies that could potentially improve company communication. Identify and explain four strategies that you recommend in order to facilitate more effective communication and why you recommended them.
