Problem
The process recording is an instructional tool for measuring the development of a student's interpersonal skills and is comprised of two parts:
i. The process recording provides a highly accurate account of an interview between the student intern and a client. A written account of the information exchanged in the interview, both verbal and non-verbal, is documented by the student. Due to the importance of maintaining confidentiality, there is to be no client identification information placed on the document.
ii. After the details of the interview are described, the student is to provide an analysis of his/her interviewing skills as well as the techniques used in the interviewing process. this is accomplished via the process recording survey.
