Problem: You are proposing a study to examine the "return to the office" for professional employees after many have been working from home (wfh) for the past 2+ years due to the covid-19 pandemic. You're specifically interested in answering the following research questions: What factors influence a company's/organization's decision about whether to return to have employees return to the office for in-person work, to continue to allow employees to work from home (remotely) permanently or to switch to a hybrid model that allows for some work-from-home/remote work days but also requires employees to come to the office?
