Write a 3-page paper answering the following questions and upload your work by the end of the module.
Consider the situation within the firm. With so much at stake, what criteria will you consider most important and why in selecting the right 10 candidates for the position? Also, what incentive will you offer the refused 20 employees so that they will not become disheartened, discouraged or begin to foment disloyalty among the other employees?

Your paper should be 3 pages, (not including cover sheet and references) and to the point. You are expected to deal with these issues in an integrated fashion, rather than treating them as a series of individual questions to be answered one by one and left at that.
You will be particularly assessed on:
Your understanding and analysis of the reading materials. Apply theories to the context of the assignment. Simply repeating what the article says does not constitute an adequate paper.
Your ability to apply the professional language and terminology of the underlying model.
Your effective and appropriate use of in-text citations to the assigned reading and other source material to support your arguments.
