Produce something creative using some idea

Assignment:

This is a very open-ended assignment. Produce something creative, using some idea or concept from this course as inspiration.
Your creative thing may take any of a number of forms. It might be a performance: song, dance, skit, or rap. It might be a poem, haiku, or limerick. It might be a drawing, painting, sculpture, or video. It might be none of those. (No matter what form it takes, the creative thing should be inoffensive and appropriate for presentation in a classroom.)

The creative thing should be inspired by some concepts or understandings gleaned from this course, but it does not need to have explicit economic content. It does not need to look or sound like economics. It might be stimulated by one of the theories we've examined, or an application tied to current economic issues or events.

You will have an opportunity to present and explain your creative thing to the whole class. Plan to spend a maximum of about five minutes for this presentation (you don't need to fill that much time: it's a maximum). If you intend to present your creative thing using the classroom computer and projector, you must email me the file or link at least two days before presenting.

Your creative thing must be accompanied by a brief paper (approximately one typed page) containing an explanation of what you've created and its relationship to some concepts from the course; this will be turned in.

Evaluation will be based on the originality and creativity evidenced by your creative thing, the thought and effort it contains, and care in it's design and construction.
