You will research a planned organizational change that is currently taking place in your respective workplaces. Using the concepts, theories, and models presented in the text and literature, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of your selected organizational change. If a workplace planned organizational change is not accessible to you, you should identify a current organizational change (either in your local community or at the national level) that you can analyze. If you choose this second approach, you must be sure you can gain access to a great deal of information about the change, either through interviews of those leading and responding to the change, or through the media (newspapers, manuscripts, internet, radio, and television, etc.) or both.
