Problem:
Out of all the different methods, the one that works best for me is hands-on training. Hands on training works for me and helps me be successful in my job. This style of training method works best for me because I am a hands-on and visual learner. In my past jobs I did better with my manager or trainer, showing me exactly what to do while explaining it to better grasp the concept and perform effectively. I need to learn by practicing the skills myself while someone is helping and guiding me along the way. This form of training is beneficial to me because I do not do well with just listening, watching a presentation, or group building as training. I need to see firsthand how things need to be done in order to learn; it gives me a better and thorough understanding. I think I could benefit from listening and looking at a presenter if it is followed up with hands-on training. This allows me to make mistakes and then solve problems, learn, and fix my mistakes to be the best version of myself at my job to be successful. For example, it states in the article that hands on learning helps learners absorb information quickly while also retaining knowledge better.
