Problem related to efficient-skillful nursing intervention

Problem: Critical thinking is important because it is evaluating an issue, looking at it from all angles, finding sources on the issue and then coming up with the best way you think will solve a problem.  Critical thinking is important for nursing because it is an essential process for a safe, efficient and skillful nursing intervention. When taking care of patients, we need to first find out what the issue they are having is what will be a useful solution to the issue , will work the best for the issue they are having. Every patient may have different issues and every patients body works differently. That is why, it is important to look at everything you know about a patients condition. Two examples would be when the nurse uses critical thinking for their patient, the patient will be getting the best care and as a result the second positive outcome of this is knowing the patient care was taken care of safely and they are happy to know they have a nurse who made the right decision based on their needs and condition. Two negative outcomes would be not using critical thinking and looking at what patient needs really looking into the condition and evaluating breaking down everything, will not find an efficient solution and may cause harm to patient. As a result the second negative outcome would be safety of patient being at risk. You don't know the effects it can have because of lack of critical thinking.
