Question:
I need a muni bond amortization table generator in Excel. We have a mini bond for $14 million, 20 year term, 5% interest, semi annual payments in April and November, the April payments are interest only, the November payments are principal and interest. Need to be able to vary the principal amount, interest rate and term for future problem solving.
