You are required to write an essay on a topic of interest that has arisen from the reading you have done in this subject. The essay should be 3,500 words in length. Ideally the essay will provide an interpretive, analytical, critical review of the relevant literature.
Requirements
1. Identify one major theme or topic of interest and provide a clear description of the theme or topic of interest.
2. Present a brief overview of the concepts of educational leadership and teams. Use relevant readings to further examine the concepts as they relate to your chosen topic.
3. Utilising further readings that you have located yourself, explore the theme or topic of interest.
4. Provide a synthesis and critique of the theory base for this topic.
5. Conclude your essay with some explicit recommendations for future practice in your theme or topic of interest. These recommendations should follow from the critique you have made in your essay.
Hurdle Requirements
1. The essay has a title that clearly identifies the theme or topic
2. Student name and number are on every page of the essay
3. Pages have been numbered
4. Text is left justified
S. Font is clear and the equivalent of 12 pt Times New Roman
6. Proper referencing is attempted, and is in APA 6 style.
