The VP of Human Resources announced at the last bi-monthly senior management meeting that the new system was saving Biotech, Inc. more money than planned by providing streamlined services for new employees. They had cut the hiring process by a week and could handle twice as many people in orientation sessions with the same amount of internal staff.
