Your task is to create a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) of a Competency Model recommended for an international human resource manager. Research the information from sources such as the textbook, professional organizations, books from the library, and journal articles, to determine the specific competencies that are characteristic of high performing international human resource managers. You are expected to use your PPT to illustration your competency model and describe how the competency in your model should be applied by international human resource managers.
