Summary- I usually investigate what constitute to the unethical behavior to ensure that I'm not raising concerns over nothing. I usually consult the employee handbook to determine if what the employee is doing violates the company policy. I will schedule a meeting a meeting with the individual to discuss the matter and in a very tactful way explain why the need to stop. If the employee continue to be unethical regardless the verbal warning, then written correction action plan will be initiated.
