You decide that an infographic could be a useful way to explain this impact, and your VP of HR agrees.

1. Demonstrates benefits to the organization of high levels of employee engagement.
2. Outlines a major theory of work motivation and how that impacts performance.
3. Explains how organizational culture can support or inhibit high levels of motivation and engagement.
4. Details the importance of person-organization fit.
5. Provides attribution for credible sources used in the infographic.
