Assignment Part 3: Coaching one way to be successful
As a coach is to have a positive relationship with your team members. As you develop your managerial skills, learning how to build long-term relationships of trust with your team is essential.
Q1. Prepares a document that outlines tips and best practices for building relationships with team members and effective coaching.
Q2. Identify at least three things you can do to cultivate a positive relationship with your team members.
Q3. Describe at least three strategies you will use to be an effective coach.
