There will be used andunused states in the state diagram. You have to considerthose unused states in the final state diagram:
Send to state 1 ifstate 0
Otherwise determine where any other states will go.
Draw a transition tablebased on the state diagram.
Design a combinational logic diagram using only NAND gates in addition to the flip flopsand BCD to seven segment display.
