Null and alternative hyptheses

You have been asked by corporate to analyze some company-wide data from an annual customer satisfaction survey where customers rate two different menu items. The customers average rating for the plum sundae was a 7.2 (x1=7.2) and for the peach pastry was a 7.65 (x2=7.65) both on a scale of 1 to 10 since this survey has been performed for many years we estimate the population standard deviation of the plum sundae score to be .95 (o1=.95) and the peach pastry score to be 1.1 (o2=1.1) if 75 (n1=75) customers rated the sundae and 55 customers rated the pastry find the following

What are the null and alternative hyptheses if we want to test to see if the satisfaction rating for the sundae are significantly lower than the satisfaction rating for the pastry.
