Your organisation is not in a position to support the charity at present. Write a letter in a friendly tone and correct format (not an email) to the manager of the charity (Ms P. Hope) to inform her that you are unable to assist them at present and explain the reason why.

Question4) You are the personnel manager of a major manufacturing company and you have been doing some research into the number of days of paid leave that employees receive in several different countries worldwide.

Your research reveals the following information on the number of days’ paid leave granted to employees in the various countries: U.S.–15 days; Germany–20 days; Portugal–22 days; China–10 days; South Africa–15 days; U.K.–28 days; Brazil–22 days; Spain–22 days; Mexico–16 days; Thailand–6 days.
