Goal Reflections Checklist
Your goal reflection should include:
- The UNST definition of this goal either incorporated into your narrative or quoted above your reflection.
- Your personal definition of this UNST goal. Your definition may include components of the UNST definition, but it should be original.
- An explanation of what this goal means. You may want to break down the component skills that make-up this goal (for example: To think critically, you must be able to evaluate opposing viewpoints, identify an author's perspective, understand the context of an argument or narrative, synthesize large amounts of information, etc.) or discuss in depth one aspect of the goal that is particularly important to you (for example: Communication-focus on written communication because critical to my major).
- Examples of how you've practiced this goal throughout the year in FRINQ.
- An attached assignment you completed this year that demonstrates your proficiency with this goal
- An explanation of why this assignment is a good representation of your work towards this particular goal. Be specific. How did you practice this goal as you completed this assignment? What did you learn from the process?
- A rationale for why this goal matters or how you might use these skills in the future
