It seems that we can all agree that tax laws need to be tweaked on a continual basis as the economic environment continually changes. It also appears that many would argue that a flat tax is not the answer as the thought process is that the burden of taxes will shift from the wealthy to the poor.
Would a national sales tax be a possibility?
