Managers may interpret the performance or commitment of the employees on the level of adherence to the popular culture. On the other hand, Kurt and Ford (1985) assert that specific employee skills such as communication, level of interpersonal interaction, and dressing are elements that emanate from the culture and should be considered during a promotion.
Methodology

This section will contain the research techniques that will help the research collect the relevant data on the topic. The researcher intends to use secondary sources to collect information. In this approach, published reports, journals, government reports, and newspaper articles that contain information on the subject of cross-cultural bias in employee promotion will be considered. The researcher also intends to collect information from other companies that face the problem.

Discussion and Analysis

This is the part that will analyze and discuss the collected data on the research topic. The Researcher will apply an SPSS research tool to analyze the collected data. The discussion segment will explore further the subject with regards to the data.
