In groups of 2, choose any company (local or international) and discuss:
• Company background
• Model of management implemented, with relation to the context (explain)
• Use of information systems and e-business in their daily transactions/behavior
• Application of human resource management
• Use of creativity, innovation and initiating change
Project Learning Outcomes:
• Identify types of management techniques and how these relate to types of organisations
• Understand the practice of management techniques across all aspect of a business
• Understand how to cope with changes in external factors that may impact on the business objectives
Tasks to be Covered:
• Develop teamwork through group development of project work.
• Make presentations to the group which share learning experiences and explore communication and investigative approaches through debate and peer review.
