Make a decision table for this problem

Problem

Fenwick Exam Center is trying to define rules for bringing cell phones to take the exams on site. Cell phones can be smart phones or traditional phones. The smart phones should be turned off. The traditional phone should be on mute. The smart phones can be either android-based, IOS-based, or windows-based. For android-based and windows-based phones, the students should place them in the blue bin. For IOS-based phones and traditional phones, the students should place them in the red bin. However, if the color of the phone is the same as the color of the bin, the students have to place to a special yellow bin to avoid camouflage issues.

1. Use structured English in a formal way to model these rules.
2. Make a decision table for this problem.
3. Is your decision table complete, i.e., every possible combination of conditions has been taken into account? Why or why not?
