He/she is also responsible for preparing public announcements, speeches, articles and other written forms of communications. Account Director-Responsible for managing growth accumulated from global accounts; maximizing short-term revenue; partner with key vendor representatives to identify new opportunities; establish new clients while sustaining old clients.

Social Media/Public Relations Manager-"supervises PR staff; directs publicity programs; improve management and employee relations; they direct information to groups such as stockholders, consumers, their firm's own employees, or the general public." (Net Industries, 2010). Produce instructional motivation videos, compose newsletters, etc. Campaign to build awareness of organizational services, products and practices.

Office Manager/Executive Assistant-Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations within the organization. "Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff." (Payscale, 2010)

Operations Manager-"Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.
