List the main ethical codes - bacb ethics code

Assignment task:

You are a BCBA or BCaBA who has a student, Ben, you oversee in the school where you are employed. Ben is 12 years old, has ASD, is learning to mand using one to two words vocally, to follow 1-step directions reliably, and to finish activities of daily living. He requires 1:1 staffing throughout much of the day due to his frequent self-injury (hand biting) and elopement. The student's mother sends you an email letting you know that Ben is working with a special trainer in the home who is using the rapid prompting method (RPM) with tremendous results. Mom emails some video of the sessions he is doing at home and demands that you let the trainer come to the school and teach the staff how to use this method. She even suggests that if the school is unwilling to use these methods, she will remove him from the school and file a complaint with the Department of Education. When you convey this issue to her Head of School, who is not a BCBA, he tells you that you and your staff need to give the method a try to see how it works. He questions your concerns with the approach claiming that they are not valid since you do not have any experience with the approach.

In Scenario, what would you do? Please list what actions you would take and explain why.
