Some historians considered the industrialists of the late 19th Century to be captains of industry whereas others considered them robber barons. Which view do you believe to be accurate and explain why? This time-period is when there were no regulations for worker safety. Workers were in crowded factories, frequently 16 to18 hours a day, 7 days a week. Child labor was common.
