It seems to that Jimmy (10 year old male) is having trouble in school. The teacher reports that Jim can read and speaks well but has trouble writing out his thoughts in a coherent and organized manner. He get easily angry when he can concentrate. Jim admits not doing well in school and gets bullied and abused at home. Jimmy appears to have fear or anxiety in schools and social settings due to being bullied and picked on. He always feels he is humiliated by others. This leads to him getting upset and not talking in class when he is ask to lead a conversation in class. Outside of class he doesn't join school groups and is seen as a loner. However, he is really interested in music but he is obsessed with being a failure as a musician as his father said being a musician is not a good profession. This leads to him having panic attacks. Due to these fears and feeling no one understands him he missed several days of school and has been drinking alcohol while as school which has gotten him in trouble. These behaviors have been going on for more than 6 months.
