1. In this assignment, you will create a brief literature piece (1 or 2 pages long) based on the story you analyzed in assignment 5.1.
2. You can select from among the following types of literature to complete this task:
a. Poem/Song
b. Short Story (Change some aspects of the story and create your own version.)
c. A Review of the Story (Similar to a movie review.)
3. Your piece must include at least three examples of figurative language. To review this topic, access the following learning resources

4. Once you have written your piece, record yourself reading it using the video tools on Canvas.
5. Your oral presentation must include the following:
a. Introduction: Includes a greeting, purpose of the oral presentation, the type of literature piece you will be presenting, and three main points (subtopics) of your piece.
b. Development: Read your piece, and offer more information about the three main points (subtopics) of your piece.
c. Conclusion: Summarize your main topic and subtopics. Present a personal last statement.
