Case: CyberToys.
You handle administrative support for CyberToys, a small chain that sells computer hard- ware and software and specializes in personal service. The company has four stores located at malls and is planning more. Each store has a manager, a technician, and between one and four sales reps.
Bruce and Marcia Berns, the owners, want to create a personnel records database, and they asked you to review a table that Marcia designed. She suggested fields for store number, location, store telephone, manager name, and manager home telephone. She also wants fields for technician name and technician home telephone and fields for up to four sales rep names and sales rep home telephones.
Draw Marcia's suggested design and analyze it using the normalization concepts you learned in the chapter. What do you think of Marcia's design and why?

Tasks
• Provide a justification of why this system needs to be developed and ensure that you areprofessionally convincing to senior management.
• Provide a description of the business case and justification about the business benefits from implementing this system.
• Describe the project scope and provide a brief cost and schedule analysis.
• Create a Use Case diagramto show the actors and a sequence diagram for at least one of the processes
• Develop data flow diagram (DFD level 0 and Context Diagram with at least 1processexploded).
• Prepare entity relationship diagram, to model the data requirement relevant to this system. Make use of Crow's foot notations in ER diagram. Indicate Primary and Foreign keys clearly. Make sure the data is in 2nd Normal Form.
• Create 3 screen interfaces a (main menu, an input screen and a report).
• Create a Gantt chart to show the project schedule in Excel or MS Project
