Is anyone familiar with Ryanair's successful employee management strategy? Basically I am doing an assignment for a airline fictional airline who has started their operations again after COVID grounding and as a result of all measures having to take place has resulted in overworked staff, as you can see In my text, that I would like further help expanding on, I have talked about workforce planning and have asked for help, a classmate suggested using ryanairs staff planning as an example, I looked further into this and belive it would be good fit. If possible could i get suggestions in how to incorporate this into my writing which i have attached below in bold and what infomation I should include?

All of which are crucial in the aviation industry additionally, the lack of rest and recovery time, and increased stress levels can lead to burnout, decreased job satisfaction, and diminished morale (Maslach & Leiter, 2016). These factors lead to a situation , where it becomes possible for a deviation from precision, attentiveness, and adherence to safety protocols to occur, leading to a higher risk of errors and accidents, which potentially jeopardises, the safety of passengers and crew members (Suni & Vyas, 2023). Moreover, staff shortages also have a direct impact on customer service. With limited personnel available, it becomes challenging for Amazing Sky Airways to provide the level of service that passengers expect and deserve. Long queues at check-in counters, delays in baggage handling, and inadequate in-flight assistance can all contribute to customer dissatisfaction. Unhappy customers may leave negative reviews, express their frustrations on social media platforms, and share their negative experiences with others. Such negative publicity can tarnish the airline's reputation, deter potential customers from choosing Amazing Sky Airways for their travel needs, and ultimately impact the company's sustainability in the long run. Furthermore, the need for more staff can lead to inefficiencies in various operational processes. For instance, limited ground staff can result in longer turnaround times between flights, affecting the airline's overall schedule adherence. Maintenance and repair tasks may also experience delays, potentially leading to grounded aircraft and disrupted flight operations. These inefficiencies not only cause inconvenience to passengers but also result in financial losses for the airline. The suggested measures for addressing the issue provide practical solutions to mitigate the challenges associated with overworked employees. These include workforce planning, recruitment and training, flexible work arrangements, employee support programs, and fostering open communication and feedback channels. By conducting a thorough analysis of staffing needs, the optimal workforce size, required to meet operational demands without overburdening employees can be determined. This includes forecasting passenger demand, flight schedules, and workload distribution across various departments (Society for Human Resource Management, n.d.)."
