Part 1: Your Process
1. Interview/Observation: Discuss your interview process. In this section, you may want to address things like difficulties or successes you had finding or planning your interview/observation, surprises you encountered, how or if you could have done your interviews/observation differently, etc.
2. Researching and Writing Your Paper: Discuss your research and writing processes. In this section, you may want to address things like problems or successes you had finding information, how you tailored or changed your topic/research question, problems or successes you had while writing your rough draft, etc.
3. Time Management: It is common for students to leave the bulk of the work for a research project until just before the project is due. Discuss your personal timeline for the assignment and whether or not you used your time well.
Part 2: The Assignment
4. Did you feel like there were any skills or lessons that could’ve been taught with more depth or that were left out? If so, what skills or lessons do you suggest I add or expand on for the future?
5. Earlier I asked you about your personal timeline; now I’d like you to consider the pace and timeline for the unit. How did the pace help or hinder the progress you made on your individual project?
6. What general suggestions or comments do you have for me regarding the unit or assignment?
