Every organization has the need to not only prepare for trouble by installing firewalls and backup services, but also to have a plan in place for how it will react when something unexpected happens. Identify the factors that affect the way security incidents are handled by service-oriented institutions such as hospitals. Discuss how both people within the organization and externally could be affected by the way an organization handles these types incidents by the way these organizations handle incidents.
