In this project you will be working on the structure for a presentation about emotional intelligence. You will rehearse the presentation and practice navigating through the sl ide show in Presenter view. You will change the handout master and print handouts for your audience.

1. Open the PP2013-ChallengeYourself-4-4 presentation. If the presentation opens in Protected View, click the Enable Editing button in the Message Bar at the top of the presentation so you can modify it
2. The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project file name if directed to do so by your instructor, and save it.
3. Move Slide 3 so it appears below Slide 6.
4. Copy Slide 9 and paste it below Slide 13.
5. Delete Slide 9.
6. Add sections and rename the sections.
a. Add a section starting on Slide 3 named Emotional Intelligence
b. Add a section starting on Slide 6 named The Brain
c. Add a section starting on Slide 8 named IQ v. EQ
d. Add a section starting on Slide 10 named Improving EQ
7. Hide Slide 5.
8. Check the presentation for spelling errors and make corrections to the misspellings found.
NOTE: The spelling error on the title slide should be changed to Stressors.
9. Add notes to a slide.
a. Navigate to Slide 2.
b. Display the Notes pane and add a note the reads Give three examples of overly dramatic situations.
10. Start the Rehearse Timings feature. Navigate through the presentation using the toolbar. Do not save the timings.
11. Start the presentation and use presentation tools.
a. Start the slide show from the beginning.
b. Navigate through the presentation using the keyboard.
c. Use the Show All Slides command to navigate to Slide 4.
d. Use the Highlighter tool to highlight ‘right' emotion, ‘right' time, ‘right' intensity, ‘right' purpose, and ‘right' way on the slide. (Make sure that the Highlighter color is set to Yellow.)
e. Switch to Presenter view and navigate through the presentation.
f. End the slide show and save the annotations.
12. Customize the handout master by adding the text Emotional Intelligence to the upper left corner of the header.
13. Print handouts.
a. Change the printing options so four slides appear on each page.
b. Print the handouts. NOTE: If you are using this in class or in your school's computer lab, check with your instructor about printing permissions before completing this step.
14. Add a comment to Slide 5 that reads This slide is too wordy. Consider rewriting.
NOTE: When you are finished with this project, your presentation should contain 13 slides. If it does not, your project will not grade properly and you may lose a significant number of points. Check your work carefully.
15. Save and close the presentation.
16. Upload and save your project file.
17. Submit project for grading.
