The goal of this assignment is for you to get a better understanding of the general progression children take in their development of locomotor skills, no locomotor skills, and manipulative skills.

In order to do this, complete the following steps.

1) Create three numbered lists labeled as Locomotor Skills, No locomotor Skills, and Manipulative Skills.

2) In the number one spot of each list, put the skill children learn first. Under that, write one activity a teacher can do with them at this skill level

3) For the next item in the list, write the next skill level in children's development and give one activity a teacher can do with them at that skill level.

4) Repeat this process until you have covered all the skill levels (with a sample activity for each) given in the book for locomotor skills, no locomotor skills, and manipulative skills.
