GMR sensor (Giant magneto resistance) can be used to sense the speed. Signal conditioning unit consists of operational amplifier and Schmitt trigger. Operational amplifier used to amplify the signal coming from the GMR sensor and Schmitt trigger is used to generate the pulses.
