Assignment task:

Help me rephrase this, I will oversee and implement department Continuity.of Operations Plan in the event of a disaster/emergency. Prepare reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data on business factors, upon request. Establish working relationships with operational vendors, funders, elected offices, stakeholders, community partners, and service providers. Support contractors in comprehending local, state, and federal policy and regulations that impact housing operations for the homeless service delivery system. The Chief Operating Officer ordinates, facilitate, train, and support service providers (in conjunction with LAHSA interdepartmental teams) in activities related to asset and property management, and corresponding policies and regulations, where necessary. Develops presentations and effectively presents at City, County, and LAHSA commission meetings when necessary. Availability to work evening hours and weekend events, as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, these qualities, combined with my dependability and self-motivation, will enable me to make a valuable contribution as the Associate Director, Operations supporting LAHSA's Chief Operating Officer to ensure strong management and implementation of strategic initiatives within LAHSA's Executive Unit and LAHSAs workforce. Moreover, I hope you will consider me to work as a member of the Executive Department.
