If a buffer solution is 0100 m in a weak acid ka 72 x 10-5

Question- If a buffer solution is 0.100 M in a weak acid (Ka = 7.2 x 10-5) and 0.560 M in its conjugate base, what is the pH?

I understand that you are using the Ka to find the pKa and then putting the pKa into the Henderson-Hassl. Equation, but t he number I keep getting is incorrect.

I am not able to solve the above problem somebody help me to get the correct answer
