Temperament Assessment Essay

I need a 6 page essay on the results of my temperament assessment. The 6 pages include the introduction and conclusion. I have a srict guideline that needs to be followed for this essay. I have attached the document. I also have a feedback list from the teacher about whats needed.

David Keirsey (1998) described temperament as fundamental to one's thoughts, beliefs, desires, actions, and feelings, like the unique way a seed becomes the only tree it can become. Temperament, according to Keirsey, is "the inborn form of human nature; character, the emergent form, which develops through the interaction of temperament and environment" (p. 20). Keep in mind that one can assess temperament based on how a person communicates and how a person uses tools.

Compose a 4-page essay in which you identify and analyze your temperament:

(1) identify your own dominant temperament type (1 of 4 main types--Guardian, Idealist, Artisan, Rational) and the role variant (1 of 16 types--if Guardian, then Supervisor, Inspector, Provider, Protector, etc.)

(2) give examples of how you fit that exact temperament type (remember to consider how you use tools and how you communicate--utilitarian/cooperative & abstract/concrete)

(3) identify the temperament type (at least specific to the 1 in 4 main type) of a relative and give examples of how that person fits that temperament type

(4) discuss your current and/or future vocational choice in light of the specifics of your temperament type and role variant (1 of 16)--Does it seem like you are a good fit for where you work now? How about the fit you will find in the future vocational choice(s) you plan to make? How so? How might you not be a perfect fit now or in the future based on Keirsey's temperament theory?

--It is great that you practiced the cover page. I don't need them in this course, so feel free to practice them or remove them. Up to you.

--IF you remove the cover page, drop the intro subheading and center the title Theories of Intelligence (that you used) just above the top line of text (whole paper double-spaced).

--EXCELLENT flow and coverage of topics in your intro. Well done there.

--Keep in mind the academic writing style handouts noted at the beginning of the course (Course Documents tab). There you will find such revisions needed like the use of "you", the placement of subheadings (not the last line of a page), removal of all narrative assertions (I believe/I think), and the removal of the There is/are constructions, etc. Those are necessary changes for these essays to be even sharper.

--Read the first line aloud (p. 3)

--Only use one (parenthesis) never (( )

--Your use of supporting evidence helps SHOW us how your claims are likely true! Good work in the area of your own MI.

--Please only double space the whole...no extra lines.

--For the References list (good attempt here!), use a hanging indention, don't center them.

You write very well. I have no doubt that by the end of the course, you will be able to apply all of the academic writing style changes to great effect.:)
