B-Present a case on why the company should be targeting a different market segment. In other words, we want to take a look at who you think they are not targeting and why you think the business should target them. In other words, if you feel they are targeting women and think they should also be targeting men then you would tell us this and explain why you feel they should be going after men as well.

When you discuss this question be sure to address differentiation, relevance, and perceived value specifically.

B-Identify the company's brand strategy in e-Commerce. Suggest the use of a different brand strategy in order for the company to maintain a stronger brand. In other words, per the text, what specific strategy do you feel the company is using to separate itself from similar companies? What other strategy could you offer this company and why do you feel this strategy would be a good move for them?
