a. Often times a project will have a contract with a third party. Explain the importance of conducting procurement management when working with sellers and awarding contracts
b. Review one of the case studies. Identify at least two unexpected changes that were encountered and will impact your project schedule by making your schedule 2-4 weeks late. Create a change control log. How will you handle this change?
c. Create a close out document that describes the steps for finalizing and implementing a project
