• Discuss the factors that go into planning an effective meeting. Why are all these factors so important? What could go wrong if one of these factors is not planned for? Why is an agenda an important element in effective meetings?
• People in groups often display disruptive behavior. Identify the types of disruptive behavior and what strategies would be effective in dealing with this disruptive behavior? Have you ever engaged in such behavior?
