As the head of the Maternal, Infant, and Reproductive Health Task Force in Centervale, you have focused on adolescent pregnancy prevention and the behavioral, cultural, and environmental risk factors associated with this health issue. They have agreed that it is time to begin the process of moving from the discussion to the action stage of the planning process.
For this assignment, complete the following:
• Using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, identify the predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling factors associated with the behavioral determinant of adolescent pregnancy that you have previously discussed.
• Using the template provided, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to share with the task force. On the last slide, list three questions for the task force that will help you to address Phase 5: The Administrative Diagnosis.
