Assignment:
My message that I want to teach will be on how to teach a new employee write a check on QuickBooks and make sure that the check has not been paid and if it has not then you will need to write that check then mail it out to the vender. the use of visuals will help a lot and make it easier for people to remember what they are doing.
1. You will need to have QuickBooks open
2. You will need to check and make sure that you actually received that product before you pay it.
3. Then you need to Click vender on QuickBooks
4. You will need to click vender center under vender
5. Then you will type the name of the company and click on it
6. You will check and see if you have paid that bill
7. If you have paid the bill then you write paid and then the check number on it if you have not then you will exit the screen.
8. You will then click the home page button
9. Then click write check
10. Then you will look at the bill make sure all the taxes are correct for that area.
11. Then you will write the name of the company the check will be sent to with the address and how much it is for
12. Then you will write in the memo section the invoice number
13. There will be a drop down menu at the bottom and you can itemize your bill there.
14 After you split up the bills in a categories you will hit save and close.
15. Then you will click print check and pull out a check
16. You will then make sure the check it correct and make sure the check number is the right check you are putting in the printer.
17. Then you will click ok and print the check
18. Once the check is printed you will write paid and the date the check was written then write the check number on it.
19. You will then put the check in an envelope and mail it out then file your bill
The papper need to be written about this and there were no coments from other people. this is the criteria
